There are two aspects to our review. The first is that the arrangements of our trip to Chile and Argentina were first class. The itinerary was perfect for our style of travel allowing us freedom to explore. The route and the tours were amazing and the accommodation was ideal in the location and facilities available. Sarah had the timings and the breaks worked out very well (active and rests). The trip gave a taste of Chile and Argentina. We felt safe and well prepared for our travels. The trip planner was a great way for us to track our progress and know the next steps. The second aspect of the review relates to us having to cut short the trip because of Helen's accident. With the information on who to contact in our documentation I contacted the local Argentinian contact to advise them of our situation. The follow through and contact with Remko was reassuring and we felt that we were in good hands to help us get back to Australia. The advice given (as well as the details needed to get our insurance clearance to return to Australia) was essential. It was a complicated exercise and North South Journeys (formerly TravelJust4U) exceeded our expectations in the help provided. We will recommend North South Voyages to our friends. We are very happy with the expertise and service provided.

We recently enjoyed the trip of a lifetime thanks to Remko and Sally. Dear team - Thank you very much for arranging our recent 21 day trip to Central America in September 23. This tour covering Bogota, Panama and Costa Rica was a great experience for the 15 of us who travelled on this wonderful journey. I had my own personal guide whose very first responsibility upon meeting me within the first two hours was to take care of me by getting an ambulance to me. 🤦‍♀️ nothing serious but he took the pressure off me and made sure I was ok. Travel Just 4U had a briefing session for us, familiarizing us with all what we needed to know, and expect on our tour. Our expectations were surpassed, with all the care and concern that the Managing Director Remko, took to enable us to have a perfect holiday. Our adventure began from Day 1 when we landed in Bogota, Columbia, and the next 21 days, as we travelled through Columbia, Panama and Costa Rica. Each day had something exciting and interesting to look forward to. Our group of 16, had people of similar ages and interests, and all our tours were tailored to suit our interests and fitness levels. Attention was paid to the duration of each tour, so that it would be appealing and educational. Locations chosen varied in climate, scenery, and altitudes, to give us a vast range of the terrain. We covered both coasts and inland. Bogota concentrated on the culture and lifestyle of the people, Medellin into the history, and the revamping of the city, the walled city of Cartagena with its beaches and islands, gave us an insight into a colorful and ever vibrant country. Panama was my highlight, the canal, was amazing. Being in our little boat, was like being a fly on the wall, watching the enormous container ships going through this man-made canal linking two countries. Quite an experience seeing the locks, and the gates opening and closing. The guide was well informed, and ready to answer all our numerous questions. Costa Rica was completely different. The National parks were mind blowing, with their fauna and flora. An unforgettable experience being able to watch the giant green turtle lay its infinte eggs on the seashore. Seeing the sloths in their sanctuary was unforgettable. This detailed indepth itenerary, was tailor made for us by Remko and his team. Attention was also paid to details like cleanliness, departure timings, checking in, variety of menu which covered Central American cuisine. The flexibility with the tours also made it comfortable for those who wanted to relax, or take it easy. I would highly recommend this tour company for either individual or group travel, as their care, concern and attention to their customers is unbeatable.

Our latest tour experience organised through Travel Just 4u (TJ4U) was nothing short of extraordinary as always, and we owe it all to their remarkable team. In this tour we covered Columbia, Panama and Costa Rica with a group of friends from Sydney and Melbourne as a private tour, which was planned and executed by TJ4U as a huge success from the moment we started planning to the very end. The team led by their Managing Director, Remko, and team members Sally and Sarah provided exceptional service, care, proactivity and professionalism made all the difference. Having that app Trip Plans was fabulous. Any flight delays were immediately notified in the app. Columbia was great, we flew to Bogota from Australia, then domestic flights to Medellin and Cartagena. Equally great was Panama and Costa Rica, TJ4U creating an unforgettable and affordable experience. Remko's in-depth knowledge of the destinations we were interested in was truly impressive, and it was clear that he had taken the time to understand our preferences and desires. I was worried about my wife having mobility issues due to her Arthritis despite taking a Cortisone Injection 3 weeks prior to the trip but Remko was a cut above the rest in caring for individual needs and arranging mobility aids during our remarkable adventures at every destinations and at all airports. We have just returned from a trip to Columbia, Panama and Costa Rica put together for a group of friends by Travel Just 4U. (TJ4U) We were very fortunate to be invited along. I understand that there were many iterations for this trip done by TJ4U till the final one that we went on. The team from TJ4U Remko, Sally and Sarah, took care of all our bookings. (Flights, hotels, local transport, tour directors and guides in each country.) Our long anticipated plan to visit family and explore some beautiful places in Canada and in the Caribbean became a reality – and what a wonderfully organized trip it was, thanks to our travel experts at Travel Just 4 U. During our trip, a couple of flights were unexpectedly cancelled by LATAM and Remko and Sarah were really quick to offer help and support to get us on our way. The day trip to Palcoya Mountain was a highlight, as were our stays in two Amazonas refuges. Plus many opportunities to learning about the Mocha, Chimu, Inca and Spanish civilisations. Although the visit to Lake Titicaca was touristy, it was interesting to see and learn – especially the fascinating history and customs on the Isle of Taquil. In summary, there were so many highlights and we couldn’t have done any of it without the fantastic advice and planning of the Travel Just 4 U team.

Sarah and Remko organized a fantastic holiday for our group of 4. Our original trip was to happen in August of 2020, but the advent of the Covid pandemic meant a reschedule to August 2022. With a minimum of fuss our original plans were put into place and our holiday was a great experience. Of course not everything can go to plan! Our flight from Sydney to Santiago was delayed by two days, requiring Sarah and Remko to reschedule connecting flights. Great customer service. Remko organized a personalized six week tour to South America in March 2020 which we could not take due to COVID until August 2022 although he was in regular contact during this period, keeping us informed and updating us on details which had changed. We did not know South America except for some of the obvious attractions so he suggested he put something together for us and we could play around with this which we did. Version 4 ended up being the final version and the team was extremely responsive to the suggestions we had made. On top of the normal attractions we were also keen to visit some of the top restaurants in the areas we were visiting (Lima/BA/Santiago/Rio) and the team went out of their way to get us reservations at a number of these as well as arranging for us to visit some of the best wine areas on the continent. In summary it was an excellent experience and lived up to, and in some cases, exceeded, our expectations. Highest professionals, friendly "go the extra mile" are some of the phrases which come to mind to the TJ4U team not the least of which related to assisting me with getting a new passport while I was in South America. From organizing the meetings at the Embassy, dropping me off and picking up the new passport all within 24 hours. An incredible achievement from an incredible team. My connection to Travel Just 4 U came about after a glowing recommendation from a neighbour when I expressed interest in going to South America on my own. This was the first time that I had used a travel company such as this to organise a trip as I usually facilitate my own travel. Being a solo traveller in South America with limited Spanish, I wanted to be safe. From the moment I walked in to the office and expressed what I wanted from my trip, till I arrived home, my individual needs were forefront and adapted when situations changed. I added to Remko and the team's work by adding a friend for 2 weeks of my trip and my sister for another 2 weeks. My trip was for 80 days throughout Argentina, Equador, the Galapagos, Peru, Bolivia and Chile with a pre arranged trip to Antarctica accommodated for. Whilst away, flights got cancelled due to political unrest in 2 countries. All of this including new hotels and flight were taken care of by Remko and his team. At all times I felt looked after by the local operators and was given contact numbers to assist with any of my needs. Remko even went beyond any commitment by helping me out with insurance claims on my return. I can not recommend Travel Just 4 You highly enough.
