Travel Just 4U's representative in Argentina will meet you at the Ezeiza International Airport upon arrival. They will be holding a sign with your name after you leave the secure customs area with your bags. Please do not leave this area until you find each other. 

They will escort you to your private transfer, assist you on check-in at your hotel and present you with a detailed itinerary for your experiences in Argentina. This is your chance to run through specific pick up times and logistics for your tours in Buenos Aires and other Argentina destinations.

This tour provides an overview of Buenos Aires and does not include time to stop and enter museums or attractions that you will see while exploring the city. Lunch is not included. You will be picked up from your hotel for this tour to discover the beauty and magic of Buenos Aires with this panoramic tour visiting the most important highlights of this spectacular city.

At the first stop discover the history of May Square, the site of the most important historical events and their protagonists since its foundation: see its surroundings, the most emblematic buildings, and learn all about them. Continue for a visit to the oldest residential neighborhood in Buenos Aires: San Telmo, with its cobble-stoned streets and discover its antiques shops and picturesque buildings. Live and feel the original Tango in the neighborhood of La Boca: walk along Caminito Street and enjoy the dancers and souvenir shops. See the mythical Boca Juniors soccer stadium.

Contemplate the modernization of the city whilst traveling along Puerto Madero and its exclusive docks, full of excellent restaurants and large offices. Pass through the Retiro neighborhood and move on to see the most exclusive residential area before finally arriving at Recoleta. Once there, discover the final resting place of Eva Peron, “Evita” and wander through Recoleta Cemetery where she is to be found.

You will head to the cobblestone streets of San Telmo, the birthplace of tango and the oldest barrio in Buenos Aires. Arrive at a conventillo, a historic tenement restored and now used as a restaurant-theater, where La Ventana takes place. As you stroll through the theater’s preserved architectural interior, travel back in time to the tango grandeur of the early 1900s. 

You will arrive 90 minutes before showtime and dig into a three-course meal featuring a wide array of Argentine and international dishes, accompanied by Argentine wines. Two tango orchestras and an Argentine folk music group provide live accompaniment to the five smartly costumed couples on stage, who grace the stage with sensuality and breathtaking precision.

 Listen to both Spanish and indigenous styles of music from the bands as well as vocalists. Get a glimpse of the gaucho culture, or Argentina’s version of cowboys, through a demonstration of boleadoras, used to wrangle livestock.

After dinner you will be transferred back to your hotel.

This small group tour to Tigre is unique within the market due to its characteristics and the services it offers, such as traveling from Buenos Aires to the Delta in a first class motor launch with a small group. 

At the start of the tour the group will make its way to the city’s port to board a First Class motor boat which will take you to the Tigre Delta. During the one and a half hour trip our guests can admire Buenos Aires from The River Plate, its northern areas and the Delta rivers, whilst enjoying refreshments on board. 

After the motor boat trip, a minibus will pick you up and take you to visit Paseo Victoria, the most important neighborhoods in Tigre and Puerto de Frutos, a typical market. You will soon find yourself in San Isidro where you will visit the town’s historical center and cathedral on foot while having a snack, and then finally you will see the city’s northern areas and the Presidential Residence in Olivos, before being taken back to your hotel.

Escape to the countryside with a day spent at the Santa Susana ranch. Experience the daily life of the gauchos – the cowboys of the fertile Pampas lowlands – as you're introduced to their rural traditions, folk culture and culinary delicacies during an authentic barbecue.

Head out northwest into the plains until you reach the small country town of Los Cardales, located about 1.5 hours from Buenos Aires. Arrive at Estancia Santa Susana, where the ranch staff welcome you with some delicious and handmade savoury empanadas. Next, set out for a tour of the ranch, checking out its museum, church and working barns. You can even choose to explore the grounds on horseback if you'd like.

Prepare for a very special lunch as you make your way to the asado, a genuine Argentine barbecue. Breathe in the mouthwatering aroma of freshly seasoned and grilled meats, which are served up by the friendly staff along with refreshing drinks, dessert and coffee. Your cultural immersion doesn't end there, though. The gauchos round off your day with a spectacular show featuring the traditional equestrian sport corrida de sortija (horse taming) as well as a performance of regional folk dancing and the tango.

The Buenos Aires Montevideo ferry route connects Argentina with Uruguay with a sailing duration of around 2 hours 15 minutes

You will be picked up from your hotel to begin this private half day city tour of the old district of Montevideo. To know Montevideo, you should first know its origin. The city was founded as a military settlement, a small fortress, on a peninsula surrounded by the sea, used as a shelter for the first inhabitants of this area in 1724. It was divided in three: the “Ciudad Vieja” (old city), the “Ciudad Nueva” (new city) and the “Ciudad Abierta”(open city). 

This walking tour starts at Independence Square where a statue of our national hero “Jose Gervasio Artigas”, guards his mausoleum and where the iconic “Palacio Salvo” is located. You will be introduced to the history of the city through the “Puerta de la Ciudadela”, ancient remains of the outer walls of Montevideo, the original entrance to the citadel. You will visit the Solis Theatre, the charming pedestrian area, the Torres Garcia Museum, and the “ Puro Verso” library, one of the oldest buildings in the area where we will make a stop for a coffee or fresh drink. 

The tour continues onto the Consitution Sq. where you will visit the Cathedral, the Cabildo and then continue walking across the Old City onto the Carnival Museum, where you will discover the Spanish tradition and African roots of the Uruguayan Carnival. The tour ends at the lively port market where we suggest enjoying lunch in one of the typical local “parrillas”

You will be picked up form your hotel to begin this tour. Enjoy the different neighborhoods of Montevideo which started developing after the demolition of the Old City Walls of Montevideo which took place on September 1829. Unlike the old city, La Ciudad Nueva (the new city), was planned with wide and tree lined streets, with magnificent stores and residences. From the Plaza Independencia we can admire the surrounding buildings of different heights and styles, which clearly define it as a city facing the future. The main avenue 18 de Julio,starts here.

A few blocks down, we will visit the Plaza Fabini or “Plaza del Entrevero", with a magnificent sculpture of a horse battle between the first Spanish settlers and
the native inhabitants, masterpiece of the Uruguayan artist José Belloni. From this
spot we have a clear view of the Palacio Legislativo (Congress) a multi-coloured marble building, one of the most sumptuous of Latin America. 

We will visit the Montevideo City Hall Observation Deck and will then continue onto the “Ciudad Abierta”(the open city), the area of Montevideo which gradually grew into an open city of green parks, famous monuments and residential areas. We will see the famous “Estadio Centenario” (Sports centre - entrance not included), Monumento a la Carreta and the residential area of Carrasco and Punta Gorda.
The tour will include a visit to one of the following places:
· The Legislative Palace, where the parliament operates (Monday to Friday 10:30 & 3 pm)
· The “ Mercado Agricola” where guests will have the opportunity to taste a local artisan beer produced in Uruguay (not included) and some local shops
· One of the local art museums (EAC: Wed - Sun 2pm to 5pm /MNAV: Tue - Sun 2pm to 7pm.)
· The gaucho museum (Mondays - Fridays 10am to 5pm.)

Despite being sandwiched between South American juggernauts Argentina and Brazil, the country of Uruguay has somehow stayed off the beaten path of travellers—much to the benefit of those who choose to make the trip to Montevideo. Travellers who’ve explored the continent’s other major cities may find themselves surprised by how laid-back the capital is: instead of honking horns and traffic jams, Montevideo’s well-paved roadways are quiet and smooth, and the causeway into the city centre looks like a scene from the French Riviera thanks to its boardwalks lined with palm trees and beautiful historic buildings. 

Here are a few of the things to see in this unique city:

Walk along the Rambla: La Rambla is about 10 miles long, and it separates the city from the sea. It is possible to walk from the suburban parts of the city into the old town without any interruption. This walk is a perfect way to take a break from everyday life, to enjoy the sunrise or sunset

Teatro Solís: Teatro Solís is the most important theatre in Uruguay, and the second-biggest theatre in South America.

Mercado del Puerto:This building, constructed from steel, was originally a market for fruit, vegetables and meat. Today, it is still called the ‘Harbor Market’, but there are not quite as many market stalls and stands. Instead, the Mercado del Puerto, hosts a good range of restaurants

Montevideo’s Beaches: Montevideo has a lot of beaches, which are a great place to head on a hot day. There are a few on the outskirts of the city, and along the Rambla, and more near the Old Town.

Fortaleza Del Cerro: is a fort which is located on the highest mountain in the city. It was built in the 19th century to protect the population and the port. Today, it is a popular destination to enjoy the beautiful view over the city and learn more about Montevideo’s history. 

Today you will have time to self explore the city people call 'Paris of South America'. Check out Mercado el Progreso in Caballito, focused on gastronomy, and Mercado de Pulgas, in Chacarita, selling antiques, arts, and handicrafts.

The arts scene is quite intense in Buenos Aires. Beyond the famous MALBA and la Usina del Arte, I would add the Centro Cultural Kirchner, a huge exhibitions hub just a few blocks from Puerto Madero.

If you’re into architecture, the Teatro Colon and the cementery La Recoleta is an absolute must, rivaling La Scala opera house in Milan. Highly recommended.
