Travel Just 4U's representative in Argentina will meet you at Mendoza airport upon arrival. They will be holding a sign with your name after you leave the secure customs area with your bags. Please do not leave this area until you find each other. 

They will escort you to your private transfer, assist you on check-in at your hotel and present you with a detailed itinerary for your experiences in Argentina. Mendoza is globally recognized for its wineries, but not just that. Olive oil is also another very important product for our economy, and this tour shows the work of outstanding producers in the Lujan de Cuyo region.

You will be picked up from your hotel and your first visit will be to Tempus Alba, a boutique winery which has a limited Tof fine wines. Straight after, our next tasting takes place at Lagarde Winery. With the first vine planted in 1897, Lagarde is one of the oldest wineries in the Mendoza region with Malbec vines over 100 years old. With only two owning families in its history, Lagarde was acquired by the Pescarmona family in 1969.

The last winery we visit a family-owned winery Clos de Chacras It is set in one of the original concrete tanks stylistically re-designed using old oak and barrel bands. Nowadays, all of the wine that Clos de Chacras produces is fermented in concrete tanks that have been upgraded with new technology. The capacity of each does not exceed 14.000 liters. Aging takes place in French and American oak barrels located in an underground cellar. Then, after bottling, the wine is stored for a few months or even years.. 

Here we will have lunch at their cozy restaurant. To create the menu, our chef carefully selects each ingredient. Therefore, the menu includes different elements such as: vegetables in season, dried fruits, olive oil, red and white meat, seafood and other artisan ingredients produced in Mendoza. The restaurant offers a three-course menu paired with our wines. 

We will enjoy the rest of the afternoon in an olive oil factory in which we learn about the process of olive oil making, together with other deli foods to try (olive paté and sundried tomatoes on homemade bread) before returning to the hotel. 

The mountains and the beautiful views in Uco Valley prepare our senses to experience the aromas and flavors of these high-altitude wines. Surrounded by an impressive landscape at the foot of the Tupungato Volcano you will enjoy these prestigious wineries ending up with an exquisite gourmet lunch.

We will visit some of the most important and highlighted wineries in the region: Salentein Winery, Domaine Bousquet Winery and Andeluna Winery, all of which make world-renowned wines from this precious land.
